From Monday, 13 November 2017, company and business names commenced being added to the database.  

They can be searched using the (second) Search by 'surname, firstname' field.  Simply include part of the name in that field and select Search.  Click on the image below to enlarge it.

Four separate stand-alone PC programs have now been written for the above states that can be run at say, 7.00 am in the morning to check whether a particular person is due to appear in any of those state courts that same day.

The daily ACCR database records are not added to the database until later that morning, but using these programs allows you to know where someone will be, not has been. 

This is particularly useful for process servers with difficult serve or investigators looking for missing persons.

WA was added as a program as there are two main WA daily court list sites.  Whilst one purports to show all courts, names were regularly found on the second list that were not included on the first.    

The programs are free to anyone with an active account on the ACCR database of one month or longer.  Just send an email using your registered email address to: programrequest@auccr.com

Alerts allow you to receive an email whenever a new record for a particular name/s are added to the database.

This is particularly useful when you need to keep a regular check on certain people.

To access Alerts, just select the dropdown option on your account name in the top menu.

Old PDF records for NSW Courts from December 2012 through to August 2014 have been converted and are now searchable in the online database. Somewhat surprisingly, some of these records contain details of the offences for which that person was before the courts.  

​If you've previously conducted NSW searches and not checked the PDFs, it might be worthwhile conducting those searches again.

This now completes the conversion of ALL the old PDFs to online records.

The searchable PDFs will be retained in case a screenshot is required of how the record appeared on the court website on that day.

Court records for all Victorian courts from August 2013 to October 2014 have been converted from PDF and are now available in the online ACCR Database Search.

​We are now automatically including data match-ups with the Qld Magistrates Court Calendars on specific matter types.  2017 data has now been updated and we are currently working on also including 2016 and 2015 data matches.

The data is taken directly from the published Qld Magistrates Court Calendars, which can be accessed at this link. Note: only specific matches for the court room and/or time/day/date of the listing are provided, so there will be some records where no Matter Type is shown.

For a limited time, one month of access to the ACCR database is now only $27.50 (usually $49.50).

​That's a $22.00 saving and only an extra $11.00 above the 24 hour fee.

Around 15,000 Western Australia Supreme & District Courts records from March 2013 have been added to the online ACCR database today.

This website has been updated, as has Civil Court Records Australia and Alias Names Australia.
