Our data - what information is available

The online database contains court attendance data from the following dates per state:

• NSW - December 2012
• QLD - November 2012
• VIC - August 2013
• TAS - February 2015
• SA - March 2013
• WA District & Supreme Courts - March 2013
• WA Magistrates Courts - August 2016
• NT - July 2014
• ACT Supreme Court - September 2016 (plus 2012, 2013)

Total records by state (automatically updated)

​Records vary from state to state

​Each state has different public criminal court attendance information.  For example, all SA court attendance records include details of the offence (from traffic matters through to murder).  NT and TAS Magistrate Courts also include details of the offence, whereas the Supreme Court in the NT & TAS (and most other State District and Supreme Courts) only provide information on the type of matter, e.g. Trial, Sentence, Mention, Appeal, etc. WA records do not list offences for any courts or matter types for Magistrate Court matters before 27 September 2017.

All our database records will include:

• The full name of the person before the courts.
• The type of court - Magistrates/Local, District, Supreme, etc.
• The location of the court.
• The date of that person's appearance.

Depending on the state and court, additional information can also be available.  Below is a breakdown of that additional information on a state-by-state basis.

UPDATE:  WA court records from 27 September 2017 onward include details of the offence/s.
